If you are a new ADCB Mobile App user or if you are using the app on a new device, register with the following steps:
- Download and launch the ADCB Mobile App
- When prompted, enter your ADCB Credit Card/Debit Card Number and PIN; enter the activation key that is sent to your registered mobile number
- Alternatively, you can enter your ADCB Customer ID and activation key which you can obtain through our Personal Internet Banking or the 24/7 Contact Centre
If you are an existing user, you will be prompted to enter your existing ADCB Mobile App password for authentication and biometric re-enrollment (handset dependent).

App is not so good. I have been using the EmiratesNBD app and I can notice that the ADCB app definitely could use some improvement. The resolution isnt even fixed for iPhones 6 and above although iPhone 6 has been out for over a year and a half. Also the branch locations need to be updated in the app. Shows only 12 when there are 23.
On my iPad Pro the Touch ID app button is obscured, so cant access this feature. It is ridiculous that ADCB still hasnt developed a native iPad app. Still having to use this crap iPhone version.
The app freezes after Credit card payment
Its a good secured app. However it seems it has not been updated for a while... Besides the logo... It lacks some functionality which is available on the website. And in comparison to other UAE banking apps. It would be nice to be able to pay Etisalat eLife on my phone. It currently does not allow for that. Also for Du. I have to keep reverting to the website to pay for those facilities
